This workshop serves as an introduction to the style of yoga taught at MOXIE.
We will begin with a brief history of the practice and cover the inspiration for the studio's approach to yoga.
Afterwards we will cover the basics of body weight strength, alignment, and breath connection.
This workshop is appropriate for students who are brand new to the practice or have only taken a few classes. After taking this workshop, you will be prepared for our All Levels Power Yoga, MOXIE Fundamentals and MOXIE All Levels classes.
