A workshop suitable for all levels, whether you are looking to build backbends from the ground up or refine where you are. This workshop will provide you with tools to stabilize and strengthen an invigorating set of postures. Backbends allow you to develop flexibility in chest & shoulders, strengthen abdominals, and increase your mental focus.
