Katie Cosgrove and Leia Layus are teaming up to guide a 2 hour class aimed to balance your practice. The class will begin with dynamic, high-energy vinyasa to build internal heat and strength before breaking down key arm balancing postures. This powerful first hour will be complemented by a yin-style (slow-style) of yoga to deeply stretch, and soften the body to bring it back into balance.
