Balance Your Practice: Vinyasa Yin Workshop

Katie Cosgrove and Leia Layus are teaming up to guide a 2 hour class aimed to balance your practice.  The class will begin with dynamic, high-energy vinyasa to build internal heat and strength before breaking down key arm balancing postures. This powerful first hour will be complemented by a yin-style (slow-style) of yoga to deeply stretch, and soften the body to bring it back into balance. 

  • Longer yin style stretching
  • Restorative/ Restful postures 
  • Extra adjustments & assists from Katie Cosgrove & Leia Layus
  • Vigourous yang-style Vinyasa flow
  • Break down of key arm balancing postures
  • Strength building techniques 
  •  Use of props for both strong and restful poses
